I've tried for years to find a clip from an interview of him saying he was very classically trained and envisioned a career as a stage and film actor. Like Shakespeareian type career. He took the job as Freddy to pay the bills while he waited for a prominent role in something more "serious." Then obviously it became what it was, and he said he was okay with it, but it was very different from what he had in mind for his career.
It was on one of the late night shows, I feel, but I'm not sure about that. Anyway, I can't find it, and I'm starting to think I made it, and it never happened. Has anyone else seen it?
