This is killing me, I can't remember what movie this is. I think it came out in the last five years or so though I'm not sure. One of the characters, who is not the main character but is a fairly prominent character, is a sniper who's old and is thinking about retiring. He breaks into the apartment of a woman in order to set up a place to snipe from, and he has to tie her up so she doesn't leave. Then at the end of the movie he decides to retire and it's implied he goes on a date with the woman he tied up.
