I started a week ago, and even though panic attacks are not as heavy as before, I am still very anxious .. I am having at the moment a weird neck pain and dizziness and I dont know if its medicine related or something else. Did you experience this too?

28 year old male, is it safe to take lexapro + trellegy 200. Having symptoms. diagnosed with panic attacks and asthma

Is it safe to combine Escitalopram 10mg and Trellegy 200? I started a few days back ( 6 days ) taking escitalopram 10mg because of my panic attacks, but the past 2 days have been awful, in terms of symptoms. I believe ( hope ) it was anxiety but they felt like I was dying.

Palpitations, dizzyness, nausea, fear of dying, feeling cold inside my body, fainting sensation, and chest discomfort.

My neurologist told me he thinks it's all anxiety but I should go to take an ekg.

( 3 months ago I got a full heart checkup - holter - ekg - stress test - echo ) and beside a sinusal tachycardia, my doctor told me everything was ok and I should seek psychiatric help

But in a research, I found out is not safe to take together ESCITALOPRAM + TRELLEGY because of the QT heart prolongation , because it can cause heart problems.

What should i do, im scared

( is symbicort a better option? Should I change to sertraline? )

Feeling worse with Escitalopram

I was having anxiety problems for a while now, and even though they where awful it was just temporally awful. I went to my doctor and told me to take escitalopram 10mg, and so I did. And on day 4, I was driving to the office and had anxiety that got worse and worse. Until I got to the point where I literally called my mom and told her I needed an ambulance, she tried calming me down and eventually It faded away ( no ambulance needed ) today I've been feeling awful for about 6 hours, with spikes troughout the day.

Symptoms are

Fear - palpitations - chest pain - feeling like fainting - dizzyness - back pain - feeling like I can't breath - Inside body cold feeling - nausea - lost appetite

To name some. I called my doctor and told me it was normal and I should reduce to 5mg the doses, but I want to give up this med.

I've been taking 10mg escitalopram for 4 days now. I am taking them at night at the moment. Switching to the morning later, but if my anxiety was bad, now is worse. It's been progressing day by day.

Today I was about to call 911

Heart palpitations - weakness - feeling like fainting - nausea - and a sensation of coldness running though my body.

That maximum point lasted like 5 minutes, then I start feeling tired and of course, scared on how soon is coming back,

It came back almost 3 hours later, it lasted like 3 minutes, I am at work and can't leave.

My doctor told this side effects are expected, but didn't told me how much they last?
