Hiii currently on a flight from Newark to DFW American Airlines have like 2 hours left and we are over mountains or have been and turbulance tracker said it would light to no turbulence (I know not always accurate) and the plane was like tilting a little back and fourth and I’m scared I’m at the very back and looking out the window at the wings and it helps calm me a little seeing the outward reaction is minimal but I’m scared

Also I saw like two mini plans fly below us and leave a trail is that normal?? It looked so close

Turbulence scares me so much
