question to tamil hindus..? (from telugu person)
Anyone with basic common sense can understand the intention behind Udhayanidhi Stalin’s words. And this isn’t even the first time ..it’s the second time.
Some people keep defending him by saying his intention is to eradicate the caste system, but they forget that the upper-caste population in Tamil Nadu is less than 4%. They also don’t hold much power in state politics anymore.
At the same time, Hinduism has continuously gone through reforms over the years. Most people can understand what’s actually happening in Tamil Nadu Other religious people openly insult Hinduism and then hide behind the argument, “We are Tamilians, not Hindus. Hinduism belongs to North Indians.”
But they never answer one simple question..how exactly are other religions are native to Tamil Nadu either?
I know I can simply ignore these things but I’m genuinely frustrated.
