I see lots of posts about line cutting at DLR. Seems the official response is that it’s bad, but CM’s are not equipped to respond to every violation. Surely we, the loosely organized Reddit community, can agree on a standard response. We’ll be louder when we all sing the same tune!
Remember, no bad ideas in a brainstorm (except violence). Here we go…
—If someone says they’re meeting a party ahead, suggest their friends move back vs. them moving up.
—Loudly chant “THAT GUY BUDGED” when someone passes you.
—Holler for a CM to come intervene.
—Say you already let 10 people move up and have reached your daily limit.
Other ideas???
(In all seriousness, I find that having a prepared response in stressful times can be helpful, like bystander intervention tools. Perhaps removing the need to think on our feet will help us stand up to cutters in the moment!)
