Cat with pancreatitis, should CKD medicine be given?

My cat 10F was said to be in very early stage CKD around 2 months ago and was prescribed semintra(telmisartan). Her issues didn't show signs of slowing so upon further investigation with a different vet she was diagnosed with Pancreatitis a week ago. The new vet said you should continue with the CKD meds but I also read online that pancreatitis can temporarily elevate kidney levels which can be confused with CKD. The vet who said she has CKD in the first place didn't know she had Pancreatitis. What actions should I take?

What really are these characters?

These guys who are the DitF equivalent of airport ground crew, the guys picking up zorome from the adult's house, the soldiers, etc. These people are all present throughout the show but I never caught what their life is like or what exactly they are. All I know is that parasites live in their own quarters and the adults in the city. Are these guys adults? They don't seem to be. Then where do they live? Do they go "home" after finishing their shift and cook themselves a nice meal and eat, spend time, work on hobbies, sleep, etc? Where do they come from, are they clones? They all look similar. They seem to be able to have meaningful conversations and have differing personalities, if that changes anything. It also seems weird to have so many foot soldiers where the adult population physically cant even commit any crimes. My head is so full of questions.
