Is it possible to accidentally astral project?
Summary of story: I think I "accidentally“ astral projected. This was months and months ago before I knew what astral projection is. This was Saturn in particular, and I need experienced people‘s opinion on it.
For background, I am good at lucid dreaming. I usually can control what I‘m doing whenever I know I am in a lucid dream, and many times I have succesfully manipulated events (such as changing scenarios in the dream itself). I am quite in tune with my body and many times, I also know if I am about to have a sleep paralysis just from the sensation I get BEFORE I do go to sleep.
One night, I had that same sensation. However I felt as if my body was light, like I plopped down on my bed and 5 mins in, and I felt like I am floating. I wasn‘t tired or anything but I wanted to sleep so I didnt think much of it. Then I don‘t know what happened, I don‘t know if I had successfully fallen asleep at that point since all I know is I was still conscious, yet my body felt like it was separating and I felt like I was being torn off the bed I was lying on, as if I was levitating. Next thing I know again, I was floating outside of earth, and all I know was I had consciousness as I floated. I thought to myself "this is not my usual lucid dreaming phases“ as I have never scaled to places I have never been in before, let alone float in space. And I dont know why it was Saturn that I wanted to fly into. As if as soon as I knew I was outside of earth, it was saturn I thought of. Next thing I know, I am propelled to Saturn, flying at high speeds. I knew it was saturn when I saw the gigantic rings surrounding the beige planet but as soon as I was to approach its atmosphere, a force pushed me violently out that I was sent back flying in higher speeds compared to the speed I was in when I was propelled towards it. Then I woke up with my entire body having a frozen sensation, like I was numb and terrified.
I don‘t wanna sound insane, so do feel free if you guys think this was just a normal dream, or if this was still lucid dreaming. I have never really even attempted to astral project after this incident as I do know lots of people go against it especially if you don‘t know what youre doing. And I guess this Experience made me curious since a lot of people point to Saturn being connected to the elites in this world.
