First off, I wanted to start off by wishing you guys luck today vs PSG, I’ll be cheering for you guys to win.
For you non-German/international fans, what made you choose to support Bayern Munich? I’ve always been curious how the usual social media presence of football fans mainly consist of either Prem supporters or El Clasico team supporters. And that a lot of the time boils down to
- English team = English language = more reach
or
- Messi and Ronaldo absolutely skyrocketing their respective clubs’ popularity
Yet with Bayern, for the sheer size of the club, I really don’t see much online presence for them. I see more Serie A and PSG fans even.
I guess this is kind of a two pronged question but I genuinely am curious what made you non-Germans choose Bayern and why their social media presence seems more limited
