First time solo cruiser

I'm planning for July Mediterranean Cruise 7 night in Meraviglia ship.

I've bought hola tacos package, 3 specialty dining package + carousel show, and welcome aboard butcher's cut for $189.74

I also have a diamond status, so I get 1 more specialty dining.

So I'm planning

3 butcher's cut

1 Hola tacos for all you can eat

1 teppanyaki

1 Ocean Cay

Would this be enough? I also have a premium extra drink package that I could use at specialty resturant.
