Hey guys, wondering if anyone has run into this. My cable pins feel loose—they don't just fall out, but they wobble side-to-side way too easily. Could this be because the shroud is too small? When I plug it into my Moondrop Lan, it clicks in, but as soon as I move my jaw (talking/eating), I can hear the audio cutting out like the pins are about to disconnect 😹
