I've been owning a legion Pro 5, with Intel 9 ultra for half a year, no falls, premium care.
One night after taking a break from watching a movie, I put the laptop aside and when I get it back at it, the screen is black and no sign of response (only the power led on)
I restart it with a long press, and long and behold the screen is still black, but the keyboard still has the RGB if I turn it on, one more restart and it's dead, no screen, no keyboard light, only the power led is on...
Now when I turn it on, only the start button turns on but nothing else (the screen is black and the cooler is off).
I tried with 1minute turn off long press but nothing. When I plug it, the laptop gets hot, but no response or sound. When i turn it off, if I close and reopen the power led is on again.
Please help, what can I do?
