Hey guys, I’m 18 years old, 175 cm and around 73 kg. Currently cutting down to about 68 kg.
I have Long QT syndrome, I’m on 80mg nadolol and I also have a pacemaker. My doctor said I’m allowed to go to the gym and exercise, so I’m trying to build a smart workout plan that works well with my condition instead of just training randomly.
Does anyone know good websites, programs, forums, or have a workout split they could share that would be safer and effective for someone in my situation?
Main goals are aesthetics, staying fit, and keeping training sustainable without overdoing it.
Any advice appreciated.
