Let me explain. In my playthrough, I was freely exploring the map before progressing through the campaign, and at a point in some sewers where they were doing experiments on people, I remember them mentioning Concord. I killed everyone who attacked me and rescued whoever I could, but I left the scientist there alive. Now, a long time later, I was exploring the map and passed through Concord, and absolutely everyone attacked me (in my playthrough I am trying a "run" of playing 100% of the game, all the missions without allying or antagonizing anyone), needless to say, I did what I had to do, my question is will that change something in the story or something?
