Update: Trouble with ElectronAnalog HDMI signal

After some helpful suggestions, I went back and was much more careful with soldering, but I can’t see why I’m not getting a signal at this point. Using a bitfunx adapter in the AV port works fine, it’s set to Component in the settings, I’m taking 5V from the USB port, and I get a tone when I check each point for continuity. Is there something else I could be missing? I feel like it's something simple or maybe I just got a bad HDMI unit?

This is a PS2 Slim 70001. Any help is appreciated!

ElectronAnalog troubles...

This my first time installing anything like this on a retro console. I've fixed a few controllers in my day so I'm not totally new to soldering, but I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, here. I'm just not getting an HDMI signal from the ElectronAnalog. Does anyone know what I could be missing?

  1. This is a 70001, and for some reason I'm not getting 5V from the pin in BitBuilt's pinout. I pulled 5V from one of the USB ports and the HDMI switcher for my TV has an indicator light saying it's at least being detected.

  2. I'm using AWG 30 wires for the color and audio signals and AWG 26 for Ground/5V.

  3. When I test for continuity, I only get a tone when I put the negative(black) lead on a Ground pin and the positive(red) lead on Audio Right(purple wire) pin. Are the rest of the pins supposed to give me a tone, too?
