No matter how many research papers I write, I've noticed that even in academic papers, you need to write with creativity
I’ve already written two research papers and a couple of term papers, and no matter how much they lecture us about the importance of an academic tone, you still have to show creativity. You need to juggle various facts and arguments, use materials in a way that allows you to stretch the text to the required page count, know how to find sources, and - most interestingly - formulate it all effectively. Regardless of what people say about research and the importance of following academic norms, you still won't be able to write anything without a bit of imagination
