TPMS service light wont go away after new wheels

So, im currently getting the TPMS service light going on after putting on 20s from 17s (see a couple posts below), and the darn thing won't go off, nor register any psi the tires have. I have tried going back to what the door placard says and pretty much everything up to 42 just to try and get the warning to go away. I took it Dodge, they say the only way to get that light to to off and have the sensor sync with the car is to have the oem wheels put back on. They resynced the sensors twice, each time they worked for a couple seconds, then went back to not reading and the light came back on.

Went to discount tire, they think it's a computer problem since all the sensors show up on their scanner. They said they could replace the sensors, but they are working perfectly fine, its just having a syncing issue with the car.

Now, the Dodge app shows the psi for all the sensors but one, and its showing the new psi when I adjust it. Has anyone else had this problem and found a fix for it? I have googled and reddited til i can't anymore. Tried all the psi I can and drove for for about 25 minutes after each change, nothing. This light is going to drive me absolutely crazy.

I have a 25' GT that came with stock 17" wheels. I had just upgraded them to 20" with Bridgestone Potenza S007 245/35ZRF30 tires.

Now, the placard on the door jam says the psi should be 32, I think. I did some research before I did the upgrade and almost everything I read said that the PSI should be around 42. The place I did the upgrade at said that the tire as whole, the wheel and tire together is the same size as what was stock.

The TPMS is now not working in the car, it reads on the Dodge App and also on the shops scanner app that they have. So now, I'm going to Dodge because to have them look at it. Now, the question I really have, what in tarnations should the PSI actually be at? I want to trust that shop knows what they are doing since they dropped the PSI back down to 34, but I don't know.

Please be easy on my, I tried to research this the bast I can, I honestly just don't know anything about cars and how all this works together.
