I’ve been looking into the "Approaching Science: The Mysterious Dark Zone" readable, and it explains some fundamental physics of the Aether Network that link directly to Mythus the Enigmata.

The Aether as a Non Causal Substrate

By making the cosmos dependent on this network, Mythus has integrated a layer of reality where "Truth" (which relies on cause and effect) cannot exist. If causality is broken at the network level, any information transmitted through it is fundamentally subject to the Enigmata.

Dark Zones: The Mechanism for Universe Rebirth

The text describes Dark Zones as unstable "black holes" within the Aether that harbor every possibility. It mentions a school of thought where a Dark Zone once reached the surface, causing the destruction and rebirth of the entire universe.
