I got a p400 plus from this lady she said it was reset but it wasn't it's still on the old pos and when

I asked her she said she doesn't have access to the account to deregister it from the POS and she also just said just factory restart it but what she doesn't understand is that that won't do anything what do I do I can't return it or do anything with it AT LEAST SAY YOU CAN'T DEREGISTER IT

One time he was playing fnaf 3 and he was like where's springtrap? And springtrap was right in front of him and every time he looks at settings like Minecraft he was looking for graphics settings and guess what his cursor was LITERALLY ON IT and when he asks for help in chat HE SOMEHOW DOESN'T SEE ALL THE HELP FULL MESSAGES AND THE ONLY ONE HE LOOKED AT WAS A TROLL ANSWER....
