I have tried finding an answer before posting - so I apologise if this has been asked before.

I bought a t-shirt from a seller, and they accidentally sent the wrong item. They sent 2 orders at the same time and both got mixed up.

They were good about it, I sent the wrong item back to then get a refund for them to relist the correct item for me to buy again.

I've got tracking proof of delivery of the return and they have stated they acknowledged this with Vinted for the refund to be issued back to me. I haven't heard anything from Vinted at all about this refund, just 'order suspended' is this normal, or should I have had acknowledgement from Vinted by now?
