Hi can someone teach me how to defer my CFA exam? For emergency deferral please May 2026 exam

I tried looking for the deferral option in the CFA institute website but cant find it. Im not sure which option to check. I opened the "My enrollment" tab where my exam details are, but the defer option is still not there.
