Overworld building distribution makes no sense
Resource buildings like sawmills and mines seem to be very rare in olden era.
For example, in my current game I currently have the following:
- 3 cities
- 12 creature dwellings, 6 of which are tier 6, and 2 are tier 7
- 1 Sawmill
- 1 Ore mine
- 1 Mercury fissure
Why are resource buildings so rare compared to everything else? Why are there so many creature dwelling buildings? And why are so many of them high tier?
EDIT: for clarity, this has happened with all the 2-player templates I've tried so far. I've also seen multiple maps with 2 cities right next to eachother, like literally 5 steps apart and other similar weirdness. However, I've yet to see a single map with for example multiple sawmills.
Also, people are guessing the template in the comments, and none of those are templates I've tried so far. So it seems to be a broader thing.
