Hi all. I have a 2017 alltrack S with a DSG transmission.
Just called the dealership to schedule a DSG drain and fill. The car is at 109k miles. I have had it for about a year and a half. I unfortunately have no way of knowing if the DSG has ever been serviced.
The dealership said that it is most likely too late to change the DSG fluid as I am well past 80k. If done now it will damage the transmission.
would you all recommend just leaving the old fluid in?
thanks in advance!
**Update, called another dealer that said it should be fine as the transmission is a DSG and therefore has extra filtering. Planning on going with this opinion.
