I have 8.11 cgpa upto sem 3 (cse), i studied hard in this sem 4 but it still won't increase by much

By final year i expect it to stay around 8-8.3 cgpa even after assuming i put in consistent effort. Is this a good range? How will it affect my placements(im also planning to do masters after some work experience in india)

Any seniors who were in the same boat as me please tell what did yall do
