I'm dealing with an almost timed scripted event. Most likely it's due to circadian rythm (it's an itch that it's almost timed to the same hour at night).

But, I do have some reasons to suspect there might be something like someone astral projecting and somehow entering my body and that's what causes the itch.

One clue I have: sometimes there is a very specific smell that I can identify to someone nearby that doesn't live in the same household and don't have any kind of access.

Is that even possible? To someone astral projecting entering other person body? I do not think the astral projector might be doing it on purpose, it might be something accidental.
