Have never experienced this elsewhere in the UK. Pulling over fully on the pavement, parking in random pavements etc. Have also noted red lights don’t mean much and bad driving in general.

Am I going mad or is this a thing?! I’m so curious to know when did this start?? why is it allowed? do people realise it’s not normal and get in trouble when visiting other towns?! etc!! thanks
