Hey everyone, I’ve been using apps like Hevy/Strong for a while, and one thing I noticed is that a lot of us are starting to use AI (like ChatGPT) alongside them, sending screenshots and asking what to do next, how to fix plateaus, etc. The problem is those AI tools don’t actually know anything about your training. No history, no progression, no context so the advice is always kind of generic.
So I built something to fix that.
It’s basically a workout tracker + an AI coach that has full memory of your training. It logs your workouts like a normal app, but the difference is the AI uses that data to actually guide you.
For example it can:
- suggest what to do next based on your past lifts
- adjust sets/reps during a workout
- analyze your session after and point out what to improve
- give feedback based on your actual progress, not just general advice
The idea is: instead of tracking + guessing, the app helps you make decisions based on your own data.
I’m not claiming it’s perfect and I’m still working on it, but I’m trying to build something that actually feels like a coach, not just a logbook.
