Hi Everyone,
My cofounder and I are building a fintech saas in commercial real estate. We are struggling to validate our PMF given the fragmentation of the industry and lack of standardization in the industry. Every fund operates a little bit differently and thus experiences varying friction points which makes it hard for us land on solid ground with a clear direction to build in. My cofounder has been building what we had envisioned for our ideal state platform but nonetheless, we are struggling to find our wedge to get our foot in the door so to speak. Any advice from builders in this space would be greatly appreciated. Best AF
