Hey all! Returning to the game, last I played was X and Y. Found a love for comp and enjoyed it. With the release of Champions I'm back to playing some mons. Trying to build a team around my favorite, Weavile. It was originally a snow team but the higher I climbed I realized I needed counters for certain common Pokémon and that’s how we got here. Our biggest issues currently are:

Stall/Super Bulk-Mons: If they don’t get knocked out In two turns my sweepers really struggle against them if I don’t have Aurora Veil up. We’ve been playing super offensively and anything that slows this team down really messed it up.

Tailwind/Trick room: Speaking of slowing it down, Tailwind teams have been a problem. I can normally take out Talon/Whims easily but Farigaraf really messes my team up. The moment tailwind or Trick go up we lose 80% of the time.

Steel: Bullet punch Lucario or Scizor destroy this team. I haven’t run in to many, but the moment they get a swords dance or even without one depending on what I brought. They just press that button and murk my team. Need something for that.

That being said its a WEIRD team, I usually just play really fast, hyper offensive minus original A!Nine set up if I think we're gonna need it. We've done some fair amount of winning and are in high Ultraball but I know that I need some help and opinions since I think I married myself to much to an original image and probably need to take it from the top.

Incen: Rarely sees use, just don't know what to put here. Tried Sableye and Meow and they did their jobs but it overall still felt clunky and was my original sign that I need to go back to the drawing board.

A!Ninetails: My snow setter, here for weather control, aurora veil, damage. Team was originally a snow team but has changed over time.

Sneasler: Currently my only answer to Archuladon/faries. Fighting coverage.

Aerodactyl: Fast coverage, he’s been handling Y-Zards, Fairy types, and even taken out Pelippers and done some damage to Bascu and so on. When rockslide isn’t viable the elec damage still takes him out. Willing to swap megas if something else makes more sense but he’s been working well for us.

Milotic: Water coverage, only bulky switch. Speed control.

Weavile: Pivot sweeper, fake out for good damage, kills grass and dragons outright if full triple-axle. Ice shard to clean up. Knockoff oh-kos basc, Triple 3x breaks multiscale dragonite and kills. Can even do good damage on neutral targets with Knockoff.
