I’m not at an age where I need to scatter sticky notes to remember tasks, nor should I be getting just 3-4 hours of sleep at night, even with sleep medication.
As an active duty Marine, I’ve carried out many detonations, breaching operations, and shooting exercises. I’ve only had one incident where I lost consciousness and had bleeding from my ears. Aside from that, I’ve dealt with the typical blast overpressure that comes with being an EOD Tech. The tinnitus is a given, but the migraines are not cash money.
Any advice would be great on how to deal with any of my issues in this random word vomit.
