Need help to Discontinue Furlenco Unlimited Subscription Due to Deficient Service
Dear Team,
I am writing to formally raise a grievance regarding my Furlenco Unlimited subscription.
One of the products delivered to me was not functioning/satisfactory, and despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, the resolution process has been extremely poor. The app itself did not provide any proper option to file a complaint regarding the defective product, and the only available option was to return it, which I did.
Further, your customer support process has been highly inconvenient and inaccessible. I repeatedly had to initiate calls myself, and callbacks were not arranged within the promised timeframe. The overall experience has caused significant inconvenience and loss of trust in the service.
I am now being informed that I must continue paying for additional months and also pay extra charges to swap products. I do not wish to continue with the subscription or receive replacement products due to the deficient service experience.
Therefore, I request:
- Immediate cancellation of my Furlenco Unlimited subscription,
- Waiver of any future rental/subscription obligations or penalties,
- Written confirmation that no further charges will be applied.
Please treat this as a formal complaint and resolve the matter at the earliest.
