My HYTE Y70 Silver Wolf front USB-C cable suddenly failed while I was using my PC normally (gaming, nothing unusual).
As you can see in the photos, the connector is physically damaged even though I never forced or misused it.
I already contacted HYTE support and the retailer but haven’t received any response.
Has this happened to anyone else?
Is there any official way to get a replacement for this cable?
Would really appreciate help from HYTE or the community.
