Need to use up a lot of potatoes
I happen to be in charge of preparing meals for myself full-time first time in my life. I have roughly a kilogram worth of potatoes and I want to eat them before they go bad. Any recipe that uses a lot of them at once and doesn’t require experience would be appreciated.
