Missed Core Compliance Requirements
Hi all- as the title says I made some errors and have been late for three core compliance requirements. One was slightly delayed in September (they allow one late submission without penalty), the I missed a webcast during busy season (no excuse) and just recently got a notification I missed adding my AICPA membership for my CPA license (this one I actually thought I’d done it. Turns out i had added my license, not the membership). Either way. Not good.
I know I’m dumb and I know that firm policy states that at this point I will have 10% of my bonus docked. My question is, will this impact my performance reviews? Could someone who has sat in on CRTs let me know how that factor is brought up in determine tiers? I am a strong performer (first-year senior with early promote) on a unique area with high utilization and good snapshots. I would expect tier 2 except that my daily time compliance is also not 80%…. (I know I have a problem. I don’t know how I don’t prioritize it. But I am changing that immediately. This was a bad year, I’ve never done this before). Any insight is welcome.
On another note, I am also asking my partner for assistance with arranging a transfer/move. Anyone have guidance on how this might impact me and how I can recover?
