Hi everyone, I’m facing a persistent issue with my 2022 BS6 Himalayan 411, and I’m hoping to get some insights from the community.
I’m experiencing random stalling and hard starting issues, and it’s becoming quite frustrating (and unsafe while riding).
Bike Details:
- Model: 2022 Royal Enfield Himalayan 411 (BS6)
Problems I’m Facing:
- Bike stalls immediately after starting
- Starts, RPM rises slightly, then suddenly drops and engine shuts off
- Happens even in neutral
- Stalling while riding
- When I pull the clutch (especially during gear shifts), RPM suddenly drops and engine dies
- Hard starting
- Bike takes longer than usual to start
- Sometimes needs multiple attempts
- Intermittent nature
- Strangely, the issue sometimes disappears on its own after a day or two.
- But now it keeps coming back more frequently
What Has Been Checked Already
- Throttle body cleaned at service center.
- Basic inspection done (no clear resolution)
