I few weeks back about 2 or so weeks, I found a job opportunity on LinkedIn about a company called Trustlinkjobs hiring remote Customer Service Representatives from Kenya, the post was like a few minutes old at the time. Very fast, I quickly applied . A week later I find a response that cv imekubaliwa and that I had proceeded to the second stage.
I did the second stage assessment on Monday. Expected to wait a few days, then lol and behold by Wednesday I had already received a response about passing that stage and proceeded to another stage about a technical assessment. Did that yesternight. At the time after the test the feedback I got said I should expect a response by 5-7 business days.
I am shocked by today at about 12, napata response that I have proceeded to the final stage interview with the hiring manager or something. So am supposed to schedule a meeting within this month (itakuwa on google meet) plus they stated that I should prepare some documents before the interview like good conduct, ID, degree cert, 2 referrals' contacts na a notarised affidavit yenye na download from a link in the email.
The problem is that I decided to paste screenshots of the email response to chatgpt and Claude. Tell me why the first thing Claude inanishow is that the company is a red flag coz the links of the website and the platforms of the test the company's using look fishy na that ni free domains.
Am honestly heartbroken, frustrated and am feeling quite lost or things considered. So anyone who has experienced this ama or interacted with this company or similar situations anipee advice. What should I do?
Am thinking that before I start using money to find a good conduct and some equipment required (noise Cancelling headphones) I should just do the interview as I ask them to show some legitimacy na credibility if possible.
