So I’m currently working in a northern thai inspired restaurant and in order to get a raise I need to start adding new cocktails to the menu! I have attached a picture of our current cocktails.
I’m thinking a smokier cocktail maybe including blood orange would be a nice addition, preferably easy to pre batch or quick to make. Any help would be appreciated or any other Thai inspired cocktails we missed that you think would work.
