Tips for a Skinny-fat Beginner

I started going gym again after 5-6 months, and i currently have a bigger belly, arms that are relatively skinny and i weigh 80kgs. Should i lose burn fat first, or do that on the go as i build muscle? i wanna do a lean bulk.

this is a common question i know but i needed some advice specifically. started taking creatine too or should i take it after i lose some fat? and any specific food i should eat? need some tips if y'all went through a similar phase and at a better place now.
