First Ubiquiti Setup for 2 barns and a house

Hey there,

I am planning my first ubiquity setup for our new house with 2 barns.

For the house, i focus on a combination of 2x 6G bullets + 2x 6G turret pro (the latter for the flash light feature for the main entrances).

Both barns are in 60 or 90 m distance from our house and each barn will only need a G180 with a Lite-8-POE switch to cover the farm entrances.

Is my setup - as shown on the link or screenshots - feasible or is there room for improvement?

Any help is much appreciated.

Full disclosure: i tried to update my first post from a week ago, but it seems to be lost in the trenches.

Best regards!

Hey there,

i am planning to setup my first security system for our new property consisting of a house and 2 barns.

Focussing on ubiquiti for my first setup, i would be very thankful for any advice, as I am anything but an network expert.

I am also looking to dabble a bit with home automations. Therefore, the setup should be compatible with home assistant as well, if possible.

Conversion of fibre cable to RJ45-ethernet ist already available in the basement of my house.

One barn is connected via CAT-cable, the other barn unfortunately not, so i assume a powerline connection would be required here.

See attachments for my currently planned setup.

Any tips are much appreciated!
