Hi, I have a question about Silent Hill 1 for PS1.

Something strange just happened to me while I was playing. When I was in the “other world” of the hospital and went down the stairs to the first floor, an ambulance siren started blaring; it sounded distorted and very loud, and it wouldn't stop. It only stopped when I went back up the stairs to the second floor.

I’ve beaten the game about 10 times and nothing like this has ever happened to me before, and I can’t find anything online about anyone else who’s experienced something like this.

Has anyone else had a similar experience?
