Responsibilities

• Manage contact information and client records
• Communicate effectively with clients to support sales efforts
• Assist in preparing roofing estimates and creating invoices
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and client interactions
• Conduct follow-up calls with prospective and existing clients
• Perform client outreach and support sales meetings
• Handle assigned tasks promptly and efficiently
• Create Estimates for clients/ Invoices
• Follow-up with clients

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of sales techniques and roofing industry
• Proficiency with CRM software
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Effective time management and negotiation abilities
