Made a case for my Miyoo Mini +
I love carrying around my Miyoo Mini Plus but always worry about it getting damaged in my bag. I used the included zip case, but it’s bigger than it needs to be and just not fun to pull out of my bag.
So, being a metal worker I made my own brass protective case. I don’t have any 3d printing or modeling equipment as it’s not my cup of tea, so I drew up plans and went into my studio and made this. It’s heavier than a 3d printed case, hell it’s heavier than the Miyoo is lol, but it feels bulletproof. The weight of it is oddly a big part of its charm.
It’s just big enough to fit the MM+ so the case is actually small enough to fit inside the zip case that was included with the Miyoo.
All hand fabricated except the rivets, I pulled those from my leather working supplies to expedite the finishing-making rivets isn’t the most fun thing. Lined with flannel and leather for scratch protection.
