Don’t you think it would be fair?

I contacted whoop because the metal prong that attaches to the actual device bent a little to outside so now it’s not holding the device properly, their response? “We don’t cover the band, you can purchase a new one”

I mean if they’re going to charge the same amount from when you originally got the device every year, they should at least send you a new band if needed.

Ah and all the responses were from an AI…

It stopped replying when I sent, if you’re going to reply with AI Again please don’t respond.

For some context I got two 4.0 devices from TJ Max and then the whole “you can’t use those to extend your 5.0” happened…

So I decided to gift one of this devices to my brother, so I decided to set up the device for my brother on my phone, sign out of my account and created a new account… after doing that noticed that the membership didn’t applied.. so I contacted whoop.. they asked me for proof of purchase and said they would add the membership to the account.. and then had me waiting so I had to contact again.

This second time the WORST customer service ever.. the guy just stated that the account wouldn’t work cause I tried linking a 5.0 device Which wasn’t true… back and forth with several agents (which one even told me “you’ll have to return it and buy a new one”) they finally added the membership to my brothers account.

However I noticed the following: when I signed out from my account to create my brother’s account it automatically unlinked my 5.0 from my account.. I had to re setup the band on my account.. and now that my brother is using his.. I got a notification on MY account saying “Welcome to Guatemala” when the one who’s at Guatemala is my brother…

I shouldn’t be receiving notifications for another account when that account is not signed in..

My device should not unlink from the account just for signing out.

That’s the most ridiculous thing, if the device is linked to the account why unlink it just from logging out?

Really one of the most frustrating processes ever.
