I have decided to try for 1% this season and am currently pugging my 17s, just wondering how late in the season people tend to hit a ceiling and cutoffs stabilize. I’m assuming that this generally doesn’t happen until the turbo-boost (or equivalent power gain, eg voidforge hammer this season) have been live for 1-2 weeks and people have attempted to push with maxed out gear and BiS. Also realize that this season will likely be a bit different with the new rewards and will probably just need to keep an eye on cutoffs each week.
