I’m a contractor in NYC specializing in exterior construction(facade, roofing,structural repairs) and property maintenance.

We are vendors with some management companies but that’s cause of my father. Nowadays, it seems harder and harder to promote your business to property managers without being seen as solicitation. Any advice or tips? Thank you!
