So, i'm trying to make a forming tool for equal pieces with different widths, however when i use the forming tool on the smaller pieces, it "extends" the piece. Is there any easier way to fix this besides either making a different forming tool for each piece or having to trim the pieces after i use the forming tool?

basically the title. i have to crate multiple copies of this frame (made up of four different pieces), but in different sizes. tried making a project sheet of the individual pieces, but it ends up screwing the positions and i have to ajust all of them one by one. does anyone knows an easier way?
edit: just realized i meant a desing table when i was saying "project sheet" (my solidworks is not in english so i just translated it)
