Hey Techs. I don't do a lot of guardian openers. I have a guardian 928V jackshaft.

Customer complains the door goes back up at around 1 foot off the ground. I swapped the sensors sides in case it's the sun

I noticed the green light always flashes and the red is solid (turns off when I block the sensors).

According to the manual, the green light is solid when they're connected and flashes when it's interrupted.

But it's working when the lights flash. Anyone with experience with them?
