Posted my kit readings yesterday.. got a lot of feedback. Here's an update.

PH seems to be around 6.8-7
ammonia around 0.25
nitrite still 0 haven't tested nitrate yet.
Took everyone's advice and did a 25% water change and added Indian almond leaves to my tank as well. any other recommendations would be great.

only thing is my water being pretty hard, I topped off with distilled water today hoping to make it slightly softer but any suggestions would be great. i'm also getting rid of a lot of the floaters as they are blocking a lot of light for the other plants. P.S the last photo was 2 days ago, first photo is today.
