Moral waiver needed? Or just give up?
I got arrested for domestic violence misdemeanor 6 years ago because my girlfriend at the time was just trying to get at me? It was a weird abusive relationship.
Anyway the case was dismissed and I wasn’t convicted of the crime like I didn’t serve jail time nor did I pay any fines do I need a waiver? Do I just give up? Advice?
