Hi, I am using BSNL FTTH, currently using a 250 mbps plan. I am facing some issues with Upload speed.
The issue:
The scenario is that the upload speed will be fine Morning and during night but most of the working hours like afternoon and evening it drops. The download is constant no issues there.
It's like
Morning and Night: 248 mbps Download, 248 mbps Upload
Afternoon and Evening: 248 download but 2 - 10 mbps Upload.
( The speed is directly through the Deco Router Speed test )
My current setup:
Netlink Router - Deco X20 Router - Next Dns - Internet
Steps I have taken:
Checked speed though lan cable
Check directly through netlink router
Disabled DNS and checked
Rmeoved devices and checked
Removed Deco router and checked.
BSNL Response:
Informed that everything is right from thier end told me to remove the Deci router and run things ( Its still the same issue )
Informed to upgrade plan. ( I used to have a 60 mbps plan that worked fine then )
Informed its because of devices I have connected ( The devices stay same throughout the day, No script runs during the peak time )
It's causing issues during video calls, I am getting frustrated following up this issue.
Raised multiple complaints but no resolution. I have no idea how to fix it ? I am suspecting ISP congestion but they are saying everything is fine from thier end.
Can anyone help me with this issue, give me some suggestions so that I can fix it or recommend a fix to them. I am on the edge of changing my broadband but I don't have many options other than Air Fiber which I am not a fan of.
